I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx (Willow Grove, PA)
Interview
Calm, and interactive with a lot of questions focused on the individuals experience in life. This was their way to see what individual they are hiring for this role. Very easy and going interview.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx (Honolulu, HI) in Sep 2023
Interview
3 to 1 panel with 5 interview questions. No introductions from the Managers conducting the interview. Interviewers were very unenthusiastic about any sidebar comments or jokes. Managers stated only OJT on how to conduct interviews. No structured interview training from FedEx Express. This was a new position created for FedEx's restructuring plan of Ground and Express. Unfortunately, the lead hiring team could explain clearly what the coordinator position duties.
