The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at FedEx Office (Tallahassee, FL) in Nov 2013
Interview
Interviewed with hub manager and district manager separately. In most cases assistant center managers are hired from center staff, so there is a high level of familiarity prior to interview. In my case, there were very few applicants for this particular position so it was probably more casual Han it could have been.

Question 1
You see a co-worker take money from their register, what do you do?
First a phone interview with the recruiter which was very conversational. Then an in-person interview with the manager which lasted about an hour with several questions, slightly repetitive, lastly a phone interview with district manager. Recruiting manager has you review each interview and provides you with tools to ace your interview, making it a very fun process.
