I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at FedEx Office (Houston, TX) in Sep 2014
Interview
I put in my application and was called for a phone interview. They asked how do i view customer service, and how to satisfy customers. I went in for the interview. They asked me about my experience and availability. Then they asked me to sell them a pen to show them my sales skills. Then I was literally hired on the spot. All in all, the process took a few days. A major thing that they will ask is can you keep calm in a harsh situation. There will be plenty of angry customers with this job due to it's corporate connection so you MUST be able to remain calm.
Standard interview. We discussed about past work experience, how you've handled conflicts in the work place, why you see yourself working here, etc. Asked about job flexibility as I was in school at the time of the interview.
