Applied online. Quick initial phone screening to setup an interview time. The interview itself consisted of two managers firing off questions. Most were fairly basic, for example "Have you ever dealt with an angry customer?" The company appears to provide a list of questions as they were reading them from a sheet of paper. The interview itself did not take a very long time, perhaps 20 minutes.
After the personal interview, there was a followup phone interview by an HR rep. This interview was actually fairly detailed, and I wish I had prepared for it. The interviewer repeated many typical interview questions, but also asked questions like "What do you feel you need to be better prepared to start with the company?" "What do you hope this company offers?" and a few HR benefit questions like, "What sort of benefits are you interested in?".
