Received call on 2-14-19 for interview 02-15-19. 25 min one on one interview. Walk around plant. Then went over skills. Went over shifts. Then offered job. All took about 1hr and 20 min.

Interview
They took me on a tour and a then sat down in a conference room and talked. It was much more of a conversation than a formal interview. This was done with a panel that consisted of the Production Manager and Plant manager.
