There is a cognitive test. It's MUCH harder than the Wonderlic test, which I scored a 31 on. This test was extremely difficult (at least for me) because the questions are very long. So just reading them will take most of your time. Needless to say, I was told I did not do well enough to continue the rest of the interview process.

Laidback interview. The interviewer treated it more like a conversation and it confused me at times. They want to dig deep into who you are. They bring up questions about your personal life and have disqualifiers based on situations like if you are moving or own property.
