The interview process is heinous. I was a former employee and never had to go through 5 rounds of interviews from a bunch of newly-graduated buffoons. This was after the pre-screening done by individuals with barely a middle school level of English in Peru. I wound up turning down 3 offers because they are all paying less than what I was making with Ferguson nearly 20 years ago when I was first starting off my Sales career. And, the pay was not just slightly less, it was less than half! Ferguson is a total joke now. I asked one Area Sales Manager of the Carolina region (Residential) how she measures the success of an employee in the role and she said "there really isn't a way to measure and we really don't do that, but I do get on some calls and listen every once and a while". Totally tomfoolery and level 1 in sales, if that's and, she was a Princeton graduate as well! Lol The definition of your degree is the only thing that got you the there because she is completely clueless. Good job Ferguson, you've really made me realize to not settle.
