I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Fetch (Madison, WI) in Feb 2021
Interview
I was referred by an employee, and it seems like a wonderful place to work. I chatted with the recruiter originally over a phone call, and we discussed my work experience and the companies culture. At the end of the interview I was asked for my availability for the next week. I haven't received any communication since then even after a follow-up a week after indicating I'm still interested in the job. I'm not sure why I was ghosted, but I would have loved to have the opportunity to progress to the next steps of the interview process.

Interview
Heard about the job from a friend. Applied for the position and got a response from a recruiter a few days later to schedule an interview on a Friday afternoon. The morning of the interview, the recruiter reaches out to request a sudden reschedule. I thought it was strange as they schedule it to meet their time schedule, not mine, but okay. I respond back immediately and didn’t hear back until the day of the rescheduled interview the following week.
The interview itself was very nice and professional and at the end of it, I was told I should hear something later this week if I was to move forward to the second round of interviews. As the week continued, I didn’t receive any contact from them nor did I hear anything regarding the possible second interview. After a week passes, I reach out and heard nothing from them. I reach out one more time, again heard nothing. About another week later, they sent an email stating that I was not chosen to move forward in the interview process.
Would have been nice to have a little bit of communication in between.

Interview
Phone interview, then in person interview. Some fun questions, but mostly questions about how to handle people. They want to see your Customer Service experience and mindset. They will also ask about your previous experience.
