I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (San Francisco, CA) in Jun 2010
Interview
I had two interviews with the group. The two client service managers interviewed me and went over my resume and what the job entailed. They also asked me some questions about client service and how I would deal with particular scenarios. They also asked me if Fidelity trades publicly (the answer is no because they are private). The 2nd and final interviews was the Director of Client Service. He didn't really ask me any questions and just told me about the job. The people that work there are very friendly overall and helpful.
