I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Durham, NC) in Sep 2025
Interview
Less behavior and situational questions and more specific to performance in the current role and future one. Virtual zoom call roughly 30 minutes and was two managers giving questions. Presented in a way which reduced stress

What would your previous manager and teammates say about you?
I applied online. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments in Aug 2021
Interview
I applied for this role as it was categorized as 'entry level'; as part of the application process, I answered some screening questions, including no sales experience, and no experience in equity compensation. Despite having neither qualification, I was invited to interview anyway. The conversation was going rather well and after 20 minutes, I was asked again, if I had experience in either equity compensation, or sales, to which I replied no. After that, the recruiter shut down the conversation and told me they would email me additional 'entry level' openings I may be more suited for. Understandable. They never followed up. Pretty weak experience in my opinion. Almost seemed like the recruiter knew what the outcome of the conversation would be before we spoke.
