I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Westlake, TX) in Mar 2016
Interview
Started with an initial phone screening where they told me about the program and then asked about my background and experience level with the tools and languages, and then we scheduled an in-person interview at one of their locations.
When I arrived, I got a tour of the building. The interview consisted of a 40-minute technical interview followed by a 40-minute behavioral interview. Both were one-on-one. They were very nice and laid back.

Tell me about a time you had to find an alternate solution to a problem.
I was asked to go over a project, and talk through my experiences with various technology. No leetcode-style questions asked, but I was asked general questions about OOP and such.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments in Dec 2017
Interview
I applied blind online. After a few months, they selected me for a phone screen with an HR interviewer. After a satisfactory interview, they immediately offered me a follow up interview over Skype with 2 parts: one technical and one behavioral. In addition, they had me complete a series of brain teasers on HackerRank, which did not prove too difficult.
