A couple of phone interviews and then I went to the office. Pretty straight forward interview. Make sure that you focus on customer service when you answer their questions.

Received an email within 7 days requesting that I video record my responses to some pre-set interview questions via "HireVue" within 3 days of receiving the email
A Fidelity talent acquisition representative reached out 5 days later to schedule a 45 minute call.
-> Call only lasted 20 min & was only asked 1 "interview" question. They laid out the details of the job description, what the certification program looked like & compensation. Lastly, the rep. described the interview process moving forward & sent me a link for 45 question "Pre-employment Assessment" to submit & that they'd be in touch upon completion.
