3 Step Process: Phone interview, online assessment, in-person interview. The online assessment is extremely difficult. Don't rush through it and be prepared to answer questions that are mathematically irrelevant in a day-to-day situation.

Interview
Simple 30 minute phone screening with the recruiter to start off with, then a follow up, then a final interview with the hiring managers who ask a variety of questions from behavioral, and just nice "get to know you questions". They had me take a practice SIE test, just to test the waters, but the score doesn't eliminate you from further assessment. It was a good process, thorough and succinct.
