Interviews through webcam as well as on the phone. There are several interviews that you go through before they make a hiring decision. There is also a test that you need to pass to continue on in the interview process. Overall a very good experience.

Phone call interview and then panel interview. It was pretty average in difficulty and the whole interview process spanned about two months. I did my interviews virtually since I don't live there.
Filled out an application and was sent an invitation to do video interview via email. The interview process seemed straightforward. The job description included having to pass an exam after a trial period.
