I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Westlake, TX) in Jan 2014
Interview
Applied online and was given a phone interview in the space of approximately 7 days. It took approximately 20 minutes, and was fairly rigorous. You have to know their financials in and out if you really want to get called in for more personal interview.
Know where the overall industry is headed most of all.

Question 1
How do you think you can add value to Fidelity's operations?
Pretty chill. Wasn’t too quantitative. Wanted to just figure out who I am. Was a little vague pertaining to the role. Wish I would’ve asked more role related questions so I know exactly what type of role I’d be getting in to.
