Very Easy, Open dialog. Met the hiring manager outside of business hours to accommodate both schedules. Just asked me the standard questions about my background and why Fidelity Investments. We were both from the East Coast so we hit it off instantly. The corporate recruiter was awesome as well. She really kept me updated throughout the entire interview process.

4 rounds of lengthy interview and he told to work with my offer letter with an another hr but finally no offer. Waste of time energy. I was wondering to get an offer but they had cheated me saying that even after the offer is suggested for me they should have closed the opening. Else if they are eager interviewing others they should have told me to wait for few days.
Giving false hope is bad..
