Applied online and recieved a call a few weeks later. I was asked to do a phone interview and after that came in for a presentation about the company and for a two manager group interview. I had a new resume submitted online and crafted it in a way to highlight Customer Service experience and adapted it for the phone role I was applying for. Know yourself and know how you might fit in with the company. Be professional at all times and Put the customer first.

Many of the questions were expected and typical. I had to craft my answers to the position I was applying for since I had no actual experience in this position. They are very big on being "coachable" meaning, take constructive criticism. Try to show that ability in your interview.
