I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments in Jan 2014
Interview
Straight forward behavioral interview. Discussed financial knowledge and job description and my past experience and how it related. The interview was rather quick and was not technical whatsoever. I believed the interview was to get a sense of my financial background and past internship experience.
I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Smithfield, RI)
Interview
1 recruiter screen and then a 30 minute 2 on 1 with senior managers. The recruiter screen is super basic but the 2 on 1 they pick apart your resume alot and ask job specific questions to gauge knowledge.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments
Interview
Started the first round with a phone screen. I mentioned that since my spring quarter overlaps with the start date, there would be a slight conflict. Theny ended the call on the spot.
