aptitude test followed by three rounds of one on one interview ie. technical round , behavioral round and manegerial round . Technical was mostly on dbms and oops . behavioral was us answering how would i react to certain situations like working in a team , stress control etc. and finally it was my introduction to the hr , my family background , and y future plans and very general questions .

It was good and thorough. They asked both behavioral and tech questions. I liked how they asked the right questions to get to know the interviewee and their skills as much as they need.

I only passed screening, have another round in next few days which is behavioral. The Screening was easy, just the basic explaining my resume and my previous work experience. the interviewer is friendly, and the whole process was smooth.

I applied through the company website, as I have 4 years of experience as QA in India, and I did my masters from Dublin from 2023 to 2024. I had to take a gap of 1 year 8 months. The recruiter reached out to me and asked the reason for this gap. I explained about the gap I had to take due to my masters. They did not reply to me over this email for 1 week, then later I got automated email of rejection. I mean what kind of people are these? Now they gonna judge candidates by the gap they have, or skills and experience they carry? That to with justified gap. !! Very disappointed.
