I received an email asking me to participate in a one-way video interview. The recruiter asked pre-taped questions. Just when you thought interviewing couldn't be any more dehumanizing. It's like a dating service and you have no idea why you were rejected. I was supposed to hear back in 2 weeks. That was a month ago.
