I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments in Nov 2014
Interview
Fairly standard phone interview with one of heads of their UX department. They wanted to know about my past projects, how I got into user experience, why I wanted to work for them specifically, nothing that out of the ordinary. I got word back from the recruiter eventually that they went with someone else because I "wasn't enthusiastic enough", so fake it if you have to.
