The actual interviews were very pleasant. The process was easy and friendly. However, the interview questions and job descriptions bore little resemblance to the actual role to be performed. The onboarding process, however, was unacceptable, in that it took 60 full days to start after accepting an offer. If you want to work for Fidelity, make sure you can survive a good while without a paycheck.
