I had three 30 minute phone interviews and they were all behavior question and that process took about 2 weeks. Nothing crazy or out of this world about the interview process. They gave me the offer about a week after my last phone interview. After that I had to take a drug screening test and they had to do my back ground check. I never got the results from the drug test.
