Initial screening interview over the phone. It less interviewy and more so the hiring manager preparing you for the final interview and explaining the logistics of the position (pay, training process, start day, background check process). I'm about to have a final interview over zoom.

Thinking back to a time when you had to learn a large amount of content in a short amount of time, how did you approach learning the material, and how were you successful?
First Screening, then one interview with hr rep then one final interview. First two went well as did the last one, but got ghosted and then called about 4 months later telling me i did not get the job.
