I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Boston, MA) in Aug 2020
Interview
I had a 30-40-minute phone screen with the hiring manager. Then, a week later, I met with 3 team members, two people in person and one virtually during the group interview. I was given a brief tour of the office space and benefits were explained. It was a pleasant interview, and less difficult than I expected. The pre-interview process was rigorous with background checks, references, etc.

Question 1
What aspect of this role are you most interested in, and how do you see yourself contributing to the success of our vision for growth (which they explained to me)?
I applied online. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments
Interview
Fairly straightforward but felt like they already had someone for job throughout interview. It felt forced/almost like a chore for the interviewer. I definitively did not get my hopes up and this was definitely the case,
