i sent resume, recorded an introduction and why im interested video online. I completed IP test to get an interview. interview was two person zoom call, then received an offer letter.

They ask questions to discover if you are social, coachable and have the intelligence to pass the SIE. Usually 2 people both managers at mid level management or below. Just don’t say something stupid

They use the Star method. be sure to bring up examples of time you had a positive impact on a client. Tell them how you can turn around a negative call. also be sure to mention that you are self sufficient when it comes to studying in order to acquire the licenses required (SIE, SERIES 7 AND 66)

Started great, but the full description and pay was only partially disclosed. Claimed to be extremely flexible, but unfortunately was not the case. Had a great first phone interview, and the job description just doesn't match the position.
