Applied online after graduating from college. Received a call from HR a week later to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview lasted about an hour. My interviewer was a very pleasant lady, and made the process very nice. She first asked me about about my work experience, personal motivations, and personality details. After the "get to know you" portion, she asked me questions relating to skills that I would need on the job, and asked for specific examples in my previous work experience that I demonstrated said skills. After 8-10 questions, she asked if I had any for her. I asked the typical questions that are supposed to be asked in this situation. Very smooth interview. She told me some things she liked about me and said they wanted to continue the interview process next week on site. I had my in person interview the next week with 2 hiring managers. I could not have nailed this interview any better. I really connected to the women interviewing me, and had a great time talking to them. They asked similar questions as before. After a Watson-Glaser test, I headed home.
