After application was submitted they called back to set up a phone interview. It was pretty straight forward and looking back, just an opportunity to gauge personal skills and basic qualifications. In mine, they offered a 1:1 interview at the end of the call and even provided me with a list of questions they would be asking.
The 1:1 interview consisted of a number of things. First, they go over the role and expectations. Next they brought in individuals who currently work the job I applied for, and they gave more specifics as to what they do on a daily basis. Management then went over a presentation on the company, compensation, and benefits. We then toured the building to see the different career opportunities that were available at the Merrimack office of Fidelity. The final phase was an interview with 2 individuals who pretty much stuck to the questions I was provided with. Nothing out of the ordinary on the actual interview.
