Fidelity Investments LEAP Software Engineer interview questions

an initial interview asking why fidelity where you respond to questions that will be viewed later. you have two attempts to answer the question. Followed by two interviews conducted over video. One behavioral and one Technical.

The first process was phone screening. This lasted about 30 minutes. This was just a basic overview of my interest, my resume, and a few technical questions. After doing the phone screening I was informed i'll have to do a video interview online. This is a video interview you do online by yourself. Around six questions is asked and you have two attempts to submit your responses. After submitting my video interview.. I received an email saying I had made it to the next round and got scheduled for two interviews 45 minutes each. One was technical the other was behavioral. Overall the whole process took roughly around a month after submitting my application.
