Was not a hard interview, but I got complacent and did not prepare for it. They sent me an online coding interview on Hankerrank which I tried, but having never used Hankerrank before, I had great difficulties debugging on the online IDE. I should have practice the demo first before attempting the interview. Afterwards, I went to check glassdoor about Fidessa interviews and realized that Fidessa do not have a lot of job opportunities (they are limited) and hence a number of people were not offered even after successful interviews. Nevertheless, it was good practice and made me realized that being prepared is very important.

Easy C++ test then a 1:1 zoom call with one of the managers (Doug). He was super disrespectful and arrogant, questioning the technical parts of my previous job as if he knew better. Got ghosted by the company after.

Interview
The process includes the online coding section and the phone interview process. The phone interview is mainly about the algorithm with Leetcode easy level questions. The questions are required written in C++.
The interviewer did not have communications.
Applied online, and then sent an OA, but I didn't pass. The OA is about two coding questions for 90 min. It was a positive experience that you know what you need to practice.
