Applied through college career services website. Got an email to schedule an initial phone screening interview. Phone interview consisted of a couple of technical questions. Passed the screening and was emailed an online programming exam. I guess I didn't do well because I was not offered the internship.

Easy C++ test then a 1:1 zoom call with one of the managers (Doug). He was super disrespectful and arrogant, questioning the technical parts of my previous job as if he knew better. Got ghosted by the company after.

Interview
The process includes the online coding section and the phone interview process. The phone interview is mainly about the algorithm with Leetcode easy level questions. The questions are required written in C++.
The interviewer did not have communications.
Applied online, and then sent an OA, but I didn't pass. The OA is about two coding questions for 90 min. It was a positive experience that you know what you need to practice.
