Three rounds of interviews. Initial phone screening with the recruiter STAR type questions and general get to know you stuff. 2nd interview, conference call all STAR based questions also had a lot of opportunity to ask my own questions. 3rd interview was a face to face. The face to face seemed like it was a 100% just getting to know me, almost no technical questions.

What are three things you want your highering manager to hear?
Talk about your projects and work experience. Mainly behavior questions when it comes to a group setting. Expect questions about what you did outside of class, such as handling a negotiation with someone and solving daily life tasks.

Super casual, basic behavioral questions, simple tech questions. Definitely looked more for a cultural fit for field engineers than hardcore engineers. Application, phone screening, two interviews, and offer letter within 2 weeks.

Interview
First I submitted my info then was invited for an interview. Then I went to my interview and met some people. I did not feel it was a tough interview. Mainly had a lot of questions about safety. It was a quick process and I got done in about an hour.
