The interviewers were very friendly. They wanted to know me as a person. Absolutely no technical questions. 4 interviewers. All 1:1 interviews. They conveyed the decision in 3 weeks. Each interviewer spoke with each candidate for 30 minutes.

Talk about your projects and work experience. Mainly behavior questions when it comes to a group setting. Expect questions about what you did outside of class, such as handling a negotiation with someone and solving daily life tasks.

Super casual, basic behavioral questions, simple tech questions. Definitely looked more for a cultural fit for field engineers than hardcore engineers. Application, phone screening, two interviews, and offer letter within 2 weeks.

First I submitted my info then was invited for an interview. Then I went to my interview and met some people. I did not feel it was a tough interview. Mainly had a lot of questions about safety. It was a quick process and I got done in about an hour.
