First was an HR screening, next was a behavioral - around 30 minutes and typical behavioral interview questions were asked . I had a positive experience with the team members I spoke with.
After a first phone screening with HR, two interviews via Microsoft Teams first with a Senior VP and then with the Director. Some of the questions were highly technical but mostly on how you would fit the entrepreneurial spirit of the company.

Was very standard, I met the hiring manager and no questions out of the standard. I passsed a pre filtering process. I was hired for a temporary role.I accepted the offer as was the only one available at that time.

The process consisted of 3 1-1 interviews. Very efficient video calls and transparent throughout the process. They asked standard questions for the role and I received an offer within 2 weeks of starting the process.
