An internal recruiter reached out for me to apply, and shortly afterwards set up an initial phone screen/interview with that person. In less than a week, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. I was then asked to be scheduled for an in-person interview, which took about two weeks to coordinate/confirm. The in-person interview occurred a week and a half later, which was a 2 hour interview consisting of 30-minute interviews with 4 different members of the team/department. They will ask behavior-based STAR interview questions. I was never contacted about the role again, and I never got a response when I asked for an updated timeline over two weeks later.
Overall, the process was fairly quick and the interviews weren't very difficult. However, the lack of communication on the back-end of the interview process is why I ended up giving this job interview a negative experience. I don't expect to get a rejection with every job application or even with early round interviews, but I find it pretty inconsiderate when potential employers decide to ghost rejected candidates after they interview in-person.
