I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Fifth Third (Oxford, OH) in Feb 2014
Interview
I was first contacted by a recruiter, who called me and asked me a few questions and asked if I was still interested in the position. She then made a time to call me a week later to a more in depth phone interview. This interview wasn't that intense, just some more questions about myself and why I wanted to work for them. The recruiter set up an appointment with the managers at the branch I would be working at. The interview with the managers was about an hour long and was like any typical interview. They asked me about myself, previous experiences related the the current position I was applying for and any questions I had for them.
It was an in person interview with the branch manager. A lot of the questions were behavioral and focused on how you approach certain situations. The hiring process did not take a long time and I heard back the following week.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time when you disagreed with your supervisor/colleauges?
Really simple and easy going . They give a good breakdown of things that they expect of you and are super flexible as far as like promotion chances . It was a good interview even though I had like 3 interviews and it took a like almost 4 months before I got hired on

Interview
First, there was a brief phone call with the recruiter (to discuss pay expectations and provide a brief explanation of your previous experience), followed by an in-person interview directly with the manager.

Question 1
The questions in the in-person interview were mostly behavioral. For example, tell me about a time when you disagreed with your team, what is your greatest strength, etc.
