Interview
Technicals were very easy. Depreciation through statements, DCF, LBO, EBITDA Add-backs, and then generic behaviorals. I think it was an hour and a half with three 30-minute interviews. There were only one or two quick rounds before the superday.

Interview
First round phone interview with HR recruiter then a super day. Two rounds of 45min interviews with two people in each. Half technicals questions and half personality questions. Got the offer a couple days after.

Most unexpected was if a founder would prefer an extra dollar of debt on the balance sheet or dollar of ebitda on the IS when looking to sell the company. Had not heard this question before but makes sense for valuation/leverage/multiples.
