Figure Underwriting Manager interview questions

On Thursday, February 4th they contact me for an interview. We agreed that a recruiter would call me on Wednesday, February 10th. I ask the recruiter about sending an invite and she said she would send. February 9th, still no invite, 0 communication. I text the recruiter about the invite, and then they react by calling me. The recruiter says, "oh we filled the position. We'd like to keep your resume on file." Let's see. You schedule an interview, don't send an invite out as agreed to via text, and then you REACT of all things to follow-up with someone when they place an inquiry. Would I want to work for you? Ugh NO. Please don't keep my resume on file. You have shown me that you're an organization that reacts and not proactive. Would you have left me hanging all day yesterday for a phone call? I believe you would.
