Applied online, received and invitation for an interview. Researched the conference, the interviers and FT in general, but failed to predict the wired questions like "favourite food" or who I wanted to be when I was a child.

Interview
They were good at communication when arranging the interview. The interviewer was friendly and professional. I feel they asked the key questions and didn't get hung up on those known interview questions that are hard to answer (such as what is your weakness and where do you see yourself in 5 years).
