1 month process total 3 rounds. Last round we had to go down to do a presentation and role play with the Sales Director Anjali. I had to personally gave a follow up with a process when the HR told me they aim to have an outcome by last week (Fri) which did not happen. Today, received back with an outcome saying they appreciate and like my positive and enthusiasm, bur proceed with an internal candidate whom is familiar with FT products! - my question is, then why bother posting on LinkedIn for this role and wasting my time to prepare for each round and to even head down to the office to gave an presentation and role play?
