Interview
4 step process: - short intro call with a recruiter - home assignment (a couple of hours of work) - interview with a potential manager - final interview with the CTO (both interviews where a mix of technical and motivation/vibes/behavioral discussion) Everyone was pleasant and responsive, making sure the position is represented accurately and the right fit for both sides. You can always schedule the next interview with a Calandly link, giving you some flexibility over the pace of the interview process, which was nice.
