Interview
When I was interviewed for Finish Line, it was a very comfortable interview. I was interviewed by two managers at once in the food court area. I did not feel nervous instead I felt very confident. My manager had tattoos and it was expressed to me that Finish Line was not a place that judges by appearances as far as tattoos and piercing but rather on job performance and how well you can represent their company in the correct manner.

The most unexpected question that I did not think of being asked before my interview was what could Finish Line do for me?
Standard entry level customer service industry questions. Hired on the spot. Quick process one on with the manager. Got a tour of the store right after. Reviewed resume with manager and went over work history

interview was very straightforward. some easy questions, some tough questions. there were lots of scenario questions that i loved answering. i am very eager to hear back for my second interview
