Applications taken via their site only. Recruiters review the application to see if you meet minimum qualifications. They will call you to set up an interview time then send you directions through email. Three rounds of interviews. The first is with a recruiter so they can see if you are a good fit for the company. They send you for an on site drug sreen and to wardrobe for measurements. The second is with the department's hiring manager. The manager makes final decision. After you're offered a position they send you various paperwork and links by email. You then fill out a huge, in depth application for the Gaming Commission. Once complete you will be investigated by Gaming and scheduled for the Gaming interview. Do not lie about your past they do an extremely thorough background check including credit. If you are passed by Gaming you're then scheduled for a two day orientation where you'll learn rules, standards, get your uniform and have lunch with employees from your department. You usually get your schedule at the end of the second day. They start you right away after.
