Applied for this position on 11/25/24. Had a great initial video screen with the recruiter on 12/13/24. Interviewed with the hiring manager on 12/23/24 (One hour scheduled and spoke for almost 2-hours). Conducted a panel interview on 1/14/25 (only 2 of the 4 attendees joined the call). Requested an update on 1/22/25 by emailing the recruiter. Received a response on 1/23/25 that interviews were wrapping up and that I would receive an update after the recruiter heard back from the hiring manager. Followed up on 2/5 due to no updates. Received an update on 2/13/25 that I was no longer considered for the role and that the company was pursuing candidates that were more qualified. What started as one of the most enjoyable interview experiences ended in being completely ghosted. This is not what I expected from First Citizens Bank.
