Interview
First, I Met with the Talent Acquistionist / Sourcer. I appreciated their forthright honesty on some issues. Next, I met with my future executive’s both “chief of staff” and HR business partner together. They asked a question where there is no good answer. I felt as though they hadn’t taken time to prepare well. Then I met with my future executive and two other executives who I might provide ancillary support, all separately, but on the same day.

Skill level on some Microsoft applications, with a focus on Excel.
After the first HR round, had a second interview with the hiring manager, who said was considering candidates for different positions as the Bank grows.
After the 2 interviews, HR went silence. I sent an email asking for any updates and didn't get any response.
