First you meet with the credit analyst manager, then you go through a panel interview with 9 people including loan officers, loan operations, & the credit analyst team. The Loan officers & the credit manager treated me with respect & gave a good interview. They asked me questions about credit & analysis. The Credit Department however asked me no formal questions and cared more about television. After I wasn't given an offer I had to call the hiring manager and check up on the process. Instead of talking to me in person she didn't answer the phone and send a computer generated email saying I didn't get the job.
