I like the general processes of interviews. Before the 2-hour phone interview with 4 interviewers, I was asked to complete an initial R/SQL programming tests. They are very friendly. Walked through resume. Asked me about R/SQL and linear/logistic regressions. Also asked about probability/statistics questions.
