Interview
Three round process - first interview was on phone with two interns, all behavioral questions. Second and third interviews were similar, but on site; primarily behavioral with a few sales pitch questions thrown in. Met with approximately 3 managing directors/bankers during each of those interviews.

Interview
1st Interview was a 3 round interview asking basic knowledge of the company and why sales interests you. It lasted about 2 hours, so be prepared to answer a lot of questions from your resume along with asking them some as well. The interview is really resourceful for you as well because they have 1 or 2 current interns interview you, which is great for you to get a picture of what it's like to to work there.
