I applied online. I interviewed at First Republic in Apr 2022
Interview
Terrible interview experience. No follow up at all after 4 interviews. They just blew me off without evening saying we’ve chosen another candidate. I sent at least two emails to the recruiter and got no response.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at First Republic (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2019
Interview
It starts with a recruiter reaching out for a time to chat on the phone. Then once recruiters notes appeals to hiring manager, recruiter set up phone interview with the hiring manager. Then if the hiring manager likes you as a candidate they move you to the in person panel which takes about 3 hours with various interviewers half hour each. This company does not use zoom and does not seem technologically advanced when it comes to recruiting. Recruiting was very disorganized. They lost appointments, did not contact either the interviewer or interviewee when schedule changed. They didn't even confirm interview schedules.
