They're looking for mind-readers, not engineers. I was marked down for differences in opinions on how C++ should be written, entirely subjective instead of objective. My solution was valid. I would have preferred a leetcode interview, don't have time for a 3 day home test (still have to work so it's effectively 2 days), mostly a waste of my time.
